Now you are in the loop!Ever wonder why you get hit with new laws & regulations and never saw them coming? No longer the case - check your state & local emails to members, our websites and these important issues and contact your reps as needed ~
We are a local and state organization and can coordinate between our local and the state level, adding to each other's efforts to secure reasonable rights for the housing trade in this legislative process.
We
need to hear specifics from you so we can approach our State Rep. if we have
a coordinated request. So, get out your reading glasses and read the bill
through several times. (I did paste it on our webpage in 14 pt;
so there will plenty of
room to make notes if you print it out.) Then you can email me with
specifics of your analysis. I will see if they match with others we are
hearing locally and we can request an amendment. You can also plan to go
and testify about the bill when it is heard by its House committee.
